Recreations

Surrealism

This is an image I created using Photoshop CC 2018, the tools I used are:

- Polygonal Lasso Tool

- Greyscale

- Rubber

I used these tools the polygonal lasso tool and the rubber as these two tools would help me create the perfect shape to cut out the eyes and all look the same without being different shapes or sizes. I used greyscale as using this image looks a lot better in black and white rather than in colour and I feel greyscale makes any image look more powerful unless the aim is for a colourful contrasting photograph.

The meaning behind this image is to represent people experiences that we shouldn’t judge people for what they are but like them for who they are. There are people out there that have seen things that some people couldn’t even think of and are still finding a way to be respected and accepted in life and we should accept these people, they are nothing different just people like me and you. People need to realise that we should be grateful for what we have, not what we haven’t. Just because we don’t see or hear things going on in the world doesn’t mean that they aren’t happening and people have to go through these things, we should accept these people for being strong and not dislike them because they are different, we all have different experiences in life and some more than others.
