The Lighting in this photograph represents the subject of darkness & possibly
depression, this photograph doesn't represent happiness or success more feeling
down or even angry. The lighting is lowkey and more than likely no natural light.

The subject of darkness and surrealism in this photograph appears clearly through
the lighting and exposure as the photograph isn't bright so this highlights the
representation of darkness and the subject of surrealism appears clearly through the
edit on the woman's eyes as she appears to have four which defiantly is surreal.

The elements of this photograph that engage me as a viewer are; lighting, exposure,
contrast, journalism and editing. These elements engage me as a viewer because I
enjoy looking at photography and understanding the reason the photograph has been
taken and exists. This photograph was taken to represent darkness and surrealism, these
two elements have worked together to also create journalism and works perfectly to engage
me as a viewer because it has meaning and a story behind it.
